Outing Policy

This is such a touchy issue, with so many different opinions so I want to be clear. This policy is a Vikings Castle Policy, it may be different from other businesses.
Effective immediately

1. Using a person's legal FIRST name will NOT be considered an outing because too many of us are also active and friendly outside of VC on several social networks as well as physically outside our events. Example, Kari is NOT my legal name. I was given the name Kari when I was 18 but Kari is not my legal birth name. However, several of you do know my birth name and address me as such and that is fine

2. Talking about VC publicly is NOT an outing, we appreciate the promotion Vikings Castle LLC is a BUSINESS we love being talked about, it helps us grow.

We value the patrons that MUST remain discreet and strongly suggest creating LIFESTYLE social media accounts. If you are friend requesting person's from your legal name accounts there is no outing if someone does not use your lifestyle name moving forward.

An outing occurs when a LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME is used in any way referring to anything BDSM related within a vanilla setting without express permission to do so.

Paid Membership Vetting

Whether you have stumbled upon Vikings Castle through google, another club or another member, you must be vetted to attend a VC Event. Please feel free to call the VC Phone line at (302)344-3403 to inquire about becoming a member.
ALL Memberships for 2025 are $25 per person. You must first attend 3 events to be considered for membership. The non-member admission fee is $30 per person after your initial visit which is FREE.

RESERVED PARKING
Primitive clothing optional camp sites (for a minimal Fee of $25 per overnight 2 person max per site)...bring your own tent. Walk in only. Camp at own risk.
Who does not like camping in the woods? Tree suspensions? The outdoor opportunities are endless! Camping at VC you will also have use of the Dungeon for the time you are staying with us along with unlimited use of the pool.
SITES ARE 15 X 15 and are primitive.. campers may use outdoor hoses from the house for water, the bathroom near the garage for showers and we highly suggest a solar generator however NO gasoline generators allowed.
There will be a communal fire pit for camp fire relaxation and discussions in the open air back yard.
There is a charcoal grill
There is a propane grill
Absolutely no fire of any kind in the woods!
Sorry, no fur kids allowed
Camp is carry in, carry out and STRICT LNT enforced. (Leave no trace)
Campsites MUST be reserved and is first come first served. 21+ ONLY
You and your guest MUST be a Vikings Castle member to take advantage of all VC membership perks
Outside Camp Quiet hours 11pm - 6am
Not ready to become a member yet? That works too! Your FIRST event at VC is FREE ! Why not check us out? After your first event, if you decide to become a member, the vetting process is as follows:
Cash at the door for non-members is available for $30 per person, per event. After 3 events you will be eligible for membership. No membership Perks may be utilize until after your membership has been approved.

Dungeon Etiquette

SSC/RCC- if you do not know what these stand for ask .

No politics, No religious debates
Respect everyone's differences

No one under 21 permitted inside the Castle
No outside shoes allowed inside
No smoking inside the Castle
No food upstairs
Do not feed the castle beasts
Please tip the bartender

Clothing is optional
No videography allowed
No live streaming allowed
Still shots request must talk to staff

Do not interrupt a scene
Red means stop
No means no
Do not touch "owned property"
Follow SSC etiquette

All donations are gladly accepted
Bring any safety concerns to Vikings Castle staff
Respect castle rules or be fed to the dragon

Bar Etiquette

WE DO NOT SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

We do offer soft drinks and water for free,

There is a full wet bar that is BYOB with Licensed Bartender.
If you Bring your own Alcohol you must give it to the bartender on duty,
Bartender will label them accordingly and only you will be served your drinks unless permission is given.
LAST CALL IS AT 1am
Your Alcohol will be left on the bar for pick up.
ANY & ALL ALCOHOL LEFT AFTER CLOSING OF EVENT NIGHT WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO Vikings Castle AND BE PUT ON THE SHELF WITH NO NAME OR OWNERSHIP FOR PATRONS TO DRINK AT WILL. THANK YOU AHEAD OF TIME FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS.

Be courteous to your bartender and remember they are spending their evening serving you drinks and TIPS are appreciated.

No one other than Vikings Castle staff is allowed behind the bar. You will be asked to leave if you go behind the bar for any reason.

If you decide to consume alcohol Vikings Castle staff may require you to wait to scene for safety reasons. Consent cannot be given if you are under the influences.

If Vikings Castle suspects you are intoxicated you will be staying at Vikings Castle until you are safe to drive. Even if this means sleeping it off in the dungeon.
If you decide you are not intoxicated the police will be notified as if something happens it can fall back on Vikings Castle.

If you have become intoxicated at a pervious event you may be denied being served alcohol at the next event and or suspension of membership. We should all know our limits.

Emergency Utilize 911

If Viking Castle feels for any reason that you are having a health emergency. We will utilize 911 emergency services. This is non negotiable

Pool table Rules

The Pool table is a functioning certified billiards table. Please treat the Pool Table with respect.
This means:
No Drinks on the pool table (they belong on the bar or in your hand) this includes water
No dancing on the pool table
No play of any kind on the pool table
No standing or sitting on the pool table
No rough housing with the pool ques they are not implements they are tools to play pool
No throwing pool balls

Pool Party Rules

• NO GLASS OUTSIDE.
• NO CONDOMS IN THE POOL
• NO SEX IN THE POOL
• CLOTHING IS OPTIONAL
• NO FOOD OR DRINK OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN POOL
• NO DIVING OR JUMPING OFF STEPS OR SIDE RAILS
• Swim at own risk- no life guard on duty
• PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL, THIS IS BOTH A BUSINESS AND PERSONAL USE POOL AND VIOLATIONS WILL HAVE CONSEQUENCES UP AND TO DISMISSAL OF MEMBERSHIP TO VIKINGS CASTLE.
• Paid members- free
• Unpaid members- $10
• Pool hours- 9pm-1am
• Pool Bar will close at midnight
• Wrist bands required for pool use available at front desk
• Carry in carry out please bring your own towels and pool supplies
• No Smoking in the pool, Leave the pool and go to the designated area.

Lost and Found

Any items left at Viking Castle will be held behind the bar. You have 30 days from the time it is left to contact Vikings Castle. You will have 60 days total from the time the item has been left to retrieve it. If the item is left for more than 60 days it will be considered Vikings Castle property and handled accordingly excluding alcohol and beverages.

Photo, Video, Audio

Absolutely no live streaming, no video for any reason

You will be provided a camera cover for your phone at the door. We do not allow check in without the camera being covered. If you do not wish to use the camera cover please leave your phone in the car.

In case your camera cover falls off their will be additional covers at the bar and front desk. If VC staff sees you without a camera cover they will help you locate where you can find a camera cover. Consistent violation of this policy can lead up to being rejected from the event. Habitual abusers of this policy can lead to termination of membership.

If you wish to take still shots, please speak to VC staff they will gladly assist you. This policy is in place to help protect all of our members privacy as it is easy to miss a person in a picture.

Red Play

Vikings Castle is a BDSM venue, we try to accommodate as many types of kinks and fetishes as possible. Unfortunately due to our facility there are a few that we cannot accommodate Currently:
Scat
Extreme Blood Play
Extreme CNC
Golden Showers

The VC Dungeon Monitors will give 'trigger warnings' during any event. If your kink is extreme please communicate this with a DM on duty.

420/ Smoking

Cannabis is legal in the state of Delaware

Cannabis and nicotine can be smoked out back around the fire pit. If you wish to stay away from Cannabis please smoke under the canopy as it is nicotine only.

In the case of rain if you cannot be around Cannabis please smoke on the front porch. If you can be around Cannabis or wish to partake, please smoke under the canopy. We try to keep our front porch as smoke free as possible for non-smokers so if you can be around Cannabis but do not want to partake, please smoke out back under the canopy.

NO illegal substances allowed at the venue for any reason

Solicitating

Absolutely no Solicitation!! Soliciting for pay to play on Vikings Castle grounds; arranging the exchange of money for the exchange of any type of service is not allowed. If we catch you, we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of Delaware law.

Getting Banned from Vikings Castle

 

This posting is intended to answer some common questions

 

1.)  WHY would someone get Banned from attending V/C events?

 

Repeatedly breaking V/C rules

Deliberately damaging property

Blatantly ignoring warnings from V/C staff about their conduct

Outing someone (please refer to the V/C outing policy)

Stalking of a member or their family members (there is no reason to message someone's family member) this includes ALL social networks.

Vikings Castle reserve the right to add and remove from this list

 

2.)  HOW does someone get Banned from V/C events ?

       a.)  Vikings Castle and/or Staff observe actions such as those mentioned above .

              Vikings Castle will investigate the allegations and come to a fair decision .

              Vikings Castle will issue Official notice to the person in question that they are Banned

                    from  V/C events.

 

3.)  CAN a Banishment from V/C events be "Reversed" ?

             Depending on the circumstances of the situation , a person CAN be Un-Banned from V/C

                    events provided the following criteria are met .

      a.)  If the ban was INITIATED by a member of the V/C STAFF , and New evidence is discovered

                    that is contradictory to the initial evidence , then Vikings Castle will review the   

                    situation and MAY decide to take the individual in question OFF of the "banned list"

 

      b.)  If the ban was INITIATED by a patron of V/C events, and for whatever reason that patron

changes their mind about the person who was banned, THEN they can make a request to Mistress Kari that the ban be "removed" from the individual in question.

After giving Vikings Castle their reason for requesting the "reversal" of the

banishment, Vikings Castle will review the circumstances of the situation.

 Upon review, Vikings Castle MAY decide to Reinstate the privilege of attending V/C events to the previously banned individual
